Zodist Subscription Service UI Design

As a part of a larger project, I was brought on to design the user interface of the customer flavor profile for e-cigarette juice subscription company, Zodist. Their website is currently being redesigned so they needed a new flavor profile questionaire to go along with it. So, after testing a few options, we were finally able to come the final design. I also designed an icon set for the juice flavors to go along with the profile.
